food delivery

Why can meal delivery in Amsterdam, and most other dutch cities, be free (usually at a minimum order of 10 euro/74 dkk) and must cost a fortune here in Copenhagen? For example, I’m craving for Indian or Thai food right now, but I have to go for my fridge leftovers..

The only positve side of this is that Amsterdam is filled with annoying scooters and mopeds while Copenhagen is not. I’m not yet sure what I’d prefer..

Hm… how expensive is it to have it delivered to your door, then?

89 dkk most of the time, which is a much as the meal itself. So it makes only sense if you order for around 4 people or more

There is delivery here? No way.

Didn’t even think they had it. Although not surprised that it costs almost as much as the meal. It wouldn’t be Copenhagen if it wasn’t prohibitively expensive.

After all, that’s all part of the charm. :)

Has anyone in Denmark heard of of eaten the food from Chicago Roasters? Is there at least one in denmark? Seems as they will deliver home cooked meals to peoples homes and are only open for 4 hours in the evening to deliver or you can pick up your meal from the shop.
    Anyone?
